- Do I get paid for working with CLP?
Yes. All activations and partnerships are scoped with clear compensation. Payment varies by content, in-person involvement, or ongoing series work.
- Do I have to travel?
Not unless you want to. Some events are local. Others are travel-based and include covered lodging, meals, and compensation. Virtual options are also available.
- Can I keep my coaching brand or facility while working with CLP?
Yes. We love to support entrepreneurial coaches. We’ll co-brand where needed and elevate your identity — no exclusivity required unless you’re leading sponsored campaigns.
- What kinds of athletes would I work with?
Mostly youth (ages 8–18), high school teams, college athletes, and occasionally pros. We match based on your specialties and age group experience.
- Will I be expected to create social media content?
Only if you’re interested. We do offer opportunities for coaches to be featured in tutorials, mindset talks, workout reels, or gear reviews. We’ll collaborate on messaging and visual style.
- Can I recommend my own drills or methodology?
100%. We want your coaching style, cues, and philosophy. We’ll guide the tone and branding, but you drive the substance.
- Is CLP focused on a specific sport?
No. We serve multi-sport athletes — base/softball, basketball, eSports, Futbol(soccer), golf, pickleball and more. If you specialize in a specific sport, we’ll connect you with relevant teams or events.
- Can I use CLP footage to market myself?
Yes. Once approved, you’re free to repost or share your featured content with proper CLP credit and hashtags. We want you to grow, too.
- Will I have to wear CLP gear or branding?
Only at events where we’re producing branded content. Otherwise, you can wear your own or co-branded gear. We’ll send you apparel or discuss wardrobe when needed.
- What’s the difference between CLP and other coaching networks?
We’re not a coaching marketplace or directory. CLP is an ecosystem. You’re not just listed — you’re featured, amplified, and embedded in real programming, branded media, and impact events.
- What’s the next step if I want to be involved?
Fill out the onboarding questionnaire and our team will review your fit for current or future opportunities. We’ll reach out to schedule a call or invite you to an upcoming activation.
- What if I don’t want to be on camera or in the spotlight?
That’s okay. We also need off-camera coaches for program development, athlete screening, private consults, or on-site support.
